“超高壓電網快速開關型短路電流限制技術開發與應用”獲國家電網公司科技進步一等獎

國(guo)(guo)網寧(ning)夏電(dian)(dian)(dian)力公司電(dian)(dian)(dian)力科學研究院長期致力于(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網短(duan)路電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)限(xian)(xian)制技術(shu)的(de)開發與應用(yong)(yong)工(gong)作,早(zao)期由(you)公司首席技術(shu)專(zhuan)家艾紹(shao)貴(gui)提出研制的(de)“節能(neng)型電(dian)(dian)(dian)網限(xian)(xian)流(liu)裝置”,通過對大(da)容(rong)量(liang)高速開關的(de)改進,將只能(neng)應用(yong)(yong)在(zai)6—10千伏高壓開關柜中的(de)高速開關應用(yong)(yong)于(yu)戶(hu)內外6—220千伏的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網短(duan)路電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)限(xian)(xian)制中。該項成果獲寧(ning)夏回族(zu)自治區(qu)科技進步一等獎,并成功在(zai)全國(guo)(guo)中壓(35千伏及(ji)以下)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網得到(dao)廣(guang)泛(fan)應用(yong)(yong)。但大(da)容(rong)量(liang)高速開關爆炸橋開斷后需(xu)停電(dian)(dian)(dian)更換元(yuan)件,所(suo)以不(bu)能(neng)廣(guang)泛(fan)的(de)應用(yong)(yong)于(yu)限(xian)(xian)制短(duan)路電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)各種場合。
為此,艾(ai)紹貴與安徽徽電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)科(ke)技(ji)股份有限(xian)(xian)公司合(he)作,開(kai)(kai)(kai)始進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)快(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)速(su)(su)(su)大(da)遮斷容(rong)量真空斷路(lu)(lu)器(簡(jian)(jian)稱快(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)速(su)(su)(su)開(kai)(kai)(kai)關)的(de)(de)(de)(de)研制(zhi)和(he)改(gai)進(jin)工作。與此同時(shi),國網(wang)(wang)(wang)寧(ning)夏(xia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力公司電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力科(ke)學研究院(yuan)提(ti)出了(le)研究將(jiang)快(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)速(su)(su)(su)開(kai)(kai)(kai)關技(ji)術、短(duan)(duan)(duan)路(lu)(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)快(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)速(su)(su)(su)識別及相控(kong)技(ji)術和(he)限(xian)(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)抗器技(ji)術集成(cheng)應(ying)用(yong)于(yu)(yu)超(chao)(chao)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)短(duan)(duan)(duan)路(lu)(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)限(xian)(xian)制(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)結構簡(jian)(jian)單(dan)、成(cheng)本(ben)合(he)理、無運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)損耗、限(xian)(xian)流(liu)(liu)效(xiao)果好、運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)可靠性高(gao)、運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)維(wei)護簡(jian)(jian)單(dan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)快(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)速(su)(su)(su)開(kai)(kai)(kai)關型(xing)零損耗330千(qian)伏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)限(xian)(xian)流(liu)(liu)裝置的(de)(de)(de)(de)研制(zhi)項(xiang)目,開(kai)(kai)(kai)始展開(kai)(kai)(kai)超(chao)(chao)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)快(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)速(su)(su)(su)開(kai)(kai)(kai)關型(xing)短(duan)(duan)(duan)路(lu)(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)限(xian)(xian)制(zhi)技(ji)術開(kai)(kai)(kai)發與應(ying)用(yong)工作,并在項(xiang)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)進(jin)展過(guo)程中在超(chao)(chao)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)實現經濟(ji)型(xing)限(xian)(xian)制(zhi)系統(tong)短(duan)(duan)(duan)路(lu)(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)技(ji)術方面取得突破,首次(ci)在超(chao)(chao)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)系統(tong)采用(yong)快(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)速(su)(su)(su)真空開(kai)(kai)(kai)關與限(xian)(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)抗器并聯技(ji)術和(he)限(xian)(xian)流(liu)(liu)單(dan)元(yuan)模塊化設(she)計(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)積(ji)木式結構,正常(chang)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)時(shi)限(xian)(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)抗器無損耗,短(duan)(duan)(duan)路(lu)(lu)時(shi)可在小于(yu)(yu)20毫(hao)秒(miao)時(shi)間(jian)內將(jiang)系統(tong)短(duan)(duan)(duan)路(lu)(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)限(xian)(xian)制(zhi)在任意幅值內。首次(ci)通(tong)過(guo)采用(yong)短(duan)(duan)(duan)路(lu)(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)過(guo)零點(dian)快(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)速(su)(su)(su)預(yu)(yu)測及精確相控(kong)開(kai)(kai)(kai)斷技(ji)術,在系統(tong)短(duan)(duan)(duan)路(lu)(lu)發生后2—3毫(hao)秒(miao)內,完成(cheng)短(duan)(duan)(duan)路(lu)(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)幅值及其(qi)過(guo)零時(shi)刻的(de)(de)(de)(de)準確預(yu)(yu)測,確保快(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)速(su)(su)(su)真空開(kai)(kai)(kai)關實現過(guo)零點(dian)相控(kong)開(kai)(kai)(kai)斷。開(kai)(kai)(kai)發出適用(yong)于(yu)(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)限(xian)(xian)制(zhi)短(duan)(duan)(duan)路(lu)(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)需要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)合(he)閘(zha)時(shi)間(jian)小于(yu)(yu)12毫(hao)秒(miao),分閘(zha)時(shi)間(jian)小于(yu)(yu)5毫(hao)秒(miao),斷口(kou)穩態(tai)恢復(fu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)大(da)于(yu)(yu)21千(qian)伏,可有效(xiao)開(kai)(kai)(kai)斷80千(qian)安短(duan)(duan)(duan)路(lu)(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)快(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)速(su)(su)(su)開(kai)(kai)(kai)關。通(tong)過(guo)技(ji)術集成(cheng)與開(kai)(kai)(kai)發完成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)限(xian)(xian)流(liu)(liu)裝置體積(ji)小、成(cheng)本(ben)低、運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)維(wei)護簡(jian)(jian)單(dan)、限(xian)(xian)流(liu)(liu)效(xiao)果明顯,而且由于(yu)(yu)元(yuan)件少運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)可靠性高(gao),對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)正常(chang)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)無影響,完全滿(man)足(zu)超(chao)(chao)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)限(xian)(xian)制(zhi)短(duan)(duan)(duan)路(lu)(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求。
該項技(ji)術填補了該領(ling)域的國際(ji)空白,技(ji)術水平居于國際(ji)領(ling)先。
